免揉鄉村麵包(No Knead Country Bread, 是多榖全麥麵包喔!) -- 免揉麵包之四(補食譜)


這個多榖全麥鄉村麵包, 吃起來超乎我的預期. 我以為咬感會很扎實, 結果卻是很柔軟也很濕潤. 同樣也是免揉, 我似乎更喜歡這個麵包了. 最近學期接近尾聲, 我又要開始忙了, 所以食譜有空再補文了.

(補)食譜: 中粉或高粉2杯, 全麥麵粉1杯, 多榖預拌粉1/2杯, 乾酵1/4小匙, 鹽1 1/4小匙, 水1 5/8杯. 做法同其他的免揉麵包.
