無蛋素蛋糕--Wacky cake

這是一個無蛋無牛奶的純素蛋糕. 很適合吃純素. 對蛋或牛奶過敏. 以及膽固醇過高的人. 做法超級簡單. 只是這不是臺灣人喜歡的戚風蛋糕體. 但蛋糕本身很濕潤. 放個五六天(置冰箱)不成問題. 蛋糕不是我做的. 我只是借花獻佛. 有興趣的朋友可以試試看. 食譜在此. 若有需要翻譯成中文的請舉手喔.
p.s. 這個蛋糕食譜也可以做成杯子蛋糕(cupcake). 只是烤的時間要縮短. Enjoy!

    You are welcome. This cake was made by my husband's coworker. Her daughter has allergies of milk and eggs. This recipe is from her mom who is in her 60's. It tastes just like regular cake. You cannot even tell there is vinegar in there. Try it.

  7. 看到了喔!!! 謝謝... 其實我也找過 不過我懶惰啦! 而且當我發現我家的烤箱只有下火沒有上火以後 就不再使用烤箱了!!! 所以... 就隨便做做囉! 一年只做三次 瓜的 花的 瓜爸的! 隨便啦...
